Run today got off to a bad start - Mark hit a speed bump at full running speed just off Brick Lane and after a dramatic fall and roll, injured thumb, knee, elbow and rib - we spent a fun 30 minutes in a Bethnal Green pharmacy patching him up.
Rest of the run, fortunately incident free, was along the Regents Canal to Mile End and back .
Met Richard for a late breakfast in Spittlefields market, where Father and Son could compare and contrast recent injuries ...
