Not so fun run

We stopped on our run today to help a young woman who collapsed near the end of a charity 10k run on the Southbank - I ran to the run's finish to get the ambulance and medics and Mark stayed with her until they arrived. Not sure we were that impressed with the quality of the ambulance team from GB EMS and were definitely unimpressed with how few people stopped to help - where were the organisers, Teachfirst ? - well done to Eva from Bergen in Norway who stopped running to help as well.

As a result our run was short but still interesting.

Squirrel marauding across Paternoster Square.

New words carved into the pier outside the OXO building

Strange guy setting up a flower sale outside the National Gallery - perhaps it was an art project.

Mark admiring a Pashley bike.

The annual handing over of the scales ritual in Smithfield.
