West End Art Tour

Started at the Wellcome Collection and Richard Harris's collection of art paintings, pictures and items connected with death around the world. The Day of the Dead images from Mexico were my favourite, but it is all thought provoking and makes you wonder why we so often avoid discussing this topic.

Then made my way, via Bond Street, to the Timothy Taylor Gallery in Carlos Place , to look at Lucy Williams's exhibition, Pavilion. She is known for redefining collage through her intricate, mixed media bas-reliefs of unpopulated mid-century Modernist architecture.

Isa Genzken at Hauser and Wirth in Savile Row is worth a visit

and I finished off with Mariko Mori at the new RA gallery in Burlington Gardens.

Found a new gallery in Dover Street, called the Gazelli Art House with a brilliant piece by the gallery's founder, Saad Qureshi, called Other Crescents Other Moons.
