Playlist for the day - resonate/generate 21 june
Slightly spooky moment the previous day, when I was showing Yasmin, a third year textiles student, a 1974 copy of the NME - opened it at random to find ourselves looking at a Suzi Quatro advert - Yasmin points at one of the band members and says "That's my Dad !"
Turns out he was Suzi's drummer - we all had to have a sit down ...
You can tell the Gimlets were really kicking in - a series of arty photos from behind the counter ...
My guest DJ for the day, Nick, ramped up the use of the smoke machine to good effect ...
