3D Spatial round up

Started 3D Spatial with small model making - this was done initially with 3 different materials

Saw the Wolfgang Tillmans photography exhibition at the Serpentine - inspired by his photos of paper curled over - here is my version using origami paper ( also inspired by unusual folding of some V & A leaflets for London Design week )

Then played around with multiples and scale - still using origami paper

Finished with a number of installations using multiples and different colours

Lessons learnt

1 White is best colour to use when trying to get scale from a small model - in real life large buildings do not have one intense colour.

2 Multiples really do work in art

3 Beautiful old wooden frames worked well as part of the installation - use more found materials in future.
